I will do beta reading romance beta reader, fantasy beta reader romance book editor
beta reading book editing
I am a professional book editor and book formatter dedicated to helping authors turn their manuscripts into polished, publication-ready books. I offer developmental editing, line editing, copy editing...
About this Gig
Your manuscript feels done, but something's off and you can't tell what. Beta readers who just say "I loved it" don't help you fix the sagging middle, flat romance, or a twist that doesn't land. That's the problem I solve.
I do alpha and beta reading for romance, fantasy, and thriller manuscripts. Still drafting? An alpha read catches plot holes, pacing issues, and character inconsistencies early. Closer to done? A beta read shows how real readers will experience your book: chemistry, tension, and whether the ending pays off.
For romance, I check chemistry, trope execution, heat level consistency, and whether your HEA or HFN feels earned. For fantasy and thriller, I focus on worldbuilding clarity, stakes, twist logic, and pacing that keeps pages turning.
You get a clear written report tied to real chapters, not vague praise. Genres: contemporary romance, romantasy, enemies-to-lovers, dark romance, slow burn, fantasy, thriller.
