Do I need to send you the physical products?
Yes! To shoot real photos and videos, you'll need to ship your products to my studio in Italy. Once we agree on the project, I'll send you the shipping address. Costs are on the buyer's side.
What industries do you specialize in?
I work exclusively with product brands: food & beverage, beauty, skincare, cosmetics, health & wellness (supplements), and e-commerce in general. This focus means I understand how your product needs to look and feel to convert on social media.
What file formats will I receive?
You'll get high-resolution JPGs for photos, MP4 for videos and Reels, and GIF files where included. All files are exported in the correct dimensions for each platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) so they're ready to post immediately.
Can I request a specific style or mood?
Absolutely. Before I start, I'll ask you to share references, brand guidelines, or a moodboard. The more direction you give me, the better the result. For Premium packages, I provide a full moodboard and art direction as part of the service.
How does the revision process work?
After delivery, you can request changes within the number of revisions included in your package (1 for Basic, 2 for Standard, unlimited for Premium). Revisions cover adjustments to editing, color grading, and cropping — not a full reshoot. Additional revisions can be purchased as an extra.
Do you offer ongoing monthly content packages?
Yes! If you need a consistent flow of content every month, reach out before ordering and we can discuss a custom recurring deal. Monthly retainers are often more cost-effective for growing brands.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
I take quality seriously and always stay in communication throughout the process. If something isn't right, revisions are there to fix it. I've worked with brands across the world and always deliver to brief : just make sure your brief is clear from the start!
