What do I need to send?
Last year's P&L or bank statements if you have them, current prices and costs, payroll, and your plans for the next 12 months. If you are a startup, your assumptions are enough.
Is this a template?
No. I build the structure around your business: your revenue lines, your costs and your payment terms.
Will the balance sheet balance?
Yes. In the 3-statement packages the balance sheet ties every month and a check row shows it.
Do we need a call?
No. We work in writing through Fiverr messages. I send questions in one list so you can answer at your own pace.
Can I change the numbers later?
Yes. Inputs are blue, formulas are black, and every assumption is in one sheet.
