Is this a cinematic promo or a full software demo?
This is a cinematic promo for one product, audience, message and CTA. It suits launches, feature announcements, websites and ads. Detailed tutorials, interactive demos, software recording and advanced UI animation are not included.
How will you show our real product?
Supply approved UI screenshots or clean recordings with demo data. We add framing, zooms and callouts. Basic: up to 2 distinct screens; Standard/Premium: up to 4. Interface reconstruction or complex UI animation needs a custom quote. We do not invent product features.
What are the script and shot limits?
Basic: up to 30s, 65 script words and 10 shots. Standard/Premium: up to 60s, 130 words and 20 shots in the master. A shot is one planned visual setup; UI shots count toward the total. All packages cover one approved concept, product, audience and English voiceover.
What exactly is in the Launch Campaign Kit?
One 60s master plus 30s and 15s cutdowns, each in 16:9 and 9:16: six 1080p MP4 files. Cutdowns reuse approved scenes, message and narration; they are not new concepts. The master retains Standard's limits: up to 20 shots and 4 UI screens.
How do approvals and revisions work?
Approve the script and shot plan before production. Basic has 2 feedback rounds; Standard/Premium have 3 across all stages and files. A round is one consolidated set of notes. Our errors are corrected free. Changes to approved direction, script, UI assets or scope require a quote.
Do you use AI visuals and voiceover?
Yes. AI-generated scenes are combined with human direction, editing and quality checks. One English AI voice is included, with style agreed upfront. Human voice talent, recurring AI actors and extended dialogue/lip sync need a custom scope. We confirm creative limits before production.
What files, formats and usage rights do we receive?
Basic/Standard: one 1080p MP4, 16:9 or 9:16. Premium: six files. Assets are cleared for agreed use; third-party license terms apply. Editable files, raw generations and exclusivity in third-party or AI assets are excluded. Disclose TV, cinema or special usage before ordering.
What do you need, and how does delivery work?
Provide the brief, approved UI, branding and accurate claims. Use demo data and one decision-maker for feedback. Delivery: Basic 14 days, Standard 21, Premium 30. Missing assets or late feedback may require an agreed extension; deadlines do not pause automatically.
Can you guarantee leads, sales or ad results?
We deliver the agreed creative assets and specifications. Results also depend on your offer, audience, landing page, placement and spend. Media buying, ad management and performance guarantees are not included.
Can we request other languages, formats or a custom campaign?
Yes. Contact us before ordering. New concepts, hooks, languages, voice talent, complex UI work, extra formats or source files require a scoped quote and may change delivery time. A format adaptation reworks an approved edit; it is not a new film.
