What do you need to start?
Please send your final audio track, lyrics, creative brief, visual references, release date, intended platforms and any assets. You must hold the rights to all music, images, logos and likenesses you provide.
Can you match a specific visual style?
References help us align mood, palette, era, cinematography and visual language. We create an original direction and do not promise exact replication of protected characters or a living artist’s signature style.
What resolution will I receive?
Basic and Standard are delivered in 1080p. Premium includes 4K delivery. When native AI footage is unavailable in 4K, selected shots may be professionally upscaled. Contact us first for broadcast specifications.
Can I use the video commercially?
Commercial use of the final video is included, subject to applicable AI-tool and licensed-asset terms. You must hold rights to the music and materials you provide. Exclusive ownership or guaranteed copyright registration is not promised unless agreed in writing.
Is the video fully AI-generated?
Our default workflow uses human-directed AI visuals and professional post-production. If licensed stock footage or another hybrid element would improve the project, we will discuss it with you and obtain your approval first.
Can you keep characters consistent?
We plan and refine recurring characters for strong continuity when this is included in the agreed scope. Because the imagery is AI-generated, minor variations may remain. Please contact us before ordering a character-led story.
What counts as a revision?
One revision is one consolidated round of adjustments within the approved concept and agreed scope. A new concept, character redesign, major scene replacement or complete regeneration may require a custom offer.
Is lip-sync included?
Lip-sync or performance animation is not automatically included. Its feasibility depends on the track, character, shot design and duration, so contact us before ordering for a custom scope.
Are source files included?
The final rendered video is included. Editable project files, raw generations, prompts, model files and unused footage are not included unless specifically listed in your custom offer.
Can you deliver social media formats?
Tell us the intended platforms and aspect ratios before production. The included master format follows the package or custom-offer scope; vertical, square or alternate edits can be quoted separately.
