Yes, I've been going to the gym for 3 years now. I had a weightlifting coach but I quit to do powerlifting. I tried many differents workouts plans, many differents exercices (whether by body weight or with machines)
What's powerlifting, bodybuilding, streetworkout ?
Powerlifting is a sport that mixes 3 movements, squat, bench and deadlift (SBD). Bodybuilding is weight training to gain muscle and lose fat (It depend on your goal). Streetworkout is a training method based more on body weight and pulling without gym.
