About this gig
With over 10 years of experience in construction and CAD design. I specialize on architectural visualization. I am also bilingual (spanish & english) so i can translate any text as needed. I can also provide some minor design tweaks to better your project.
I offer my basic service at $10 for architectural floor plans (and only architectural floor plans, anything else is another price). I am not new to the job of architecture and drafting. I can assure you that I invest quality time and won't rush through what you provide.
If you need it, I will provide renderings of any type of architectural drawings in 2D or 3D.
Please Note:
- I will need any clear hand drawn plans, elevations or sections (with dimensions) or a very basic cad drawing as reference.
- I will not guess general measurements if you don't provide them.
- I won't do design of your proyect. This is strictly drafting.
