Brand guidelines describe voice. This builds a system that uses voice. Including specific instructions you load directly into Klaviyo Composer, K:AI, or other AI tools so the output sounds like your brand from draft one. The deliverable is functional, not aspirational.
Do I need to be using Klaviyo AI tools to benefit from this?
No. The voice system works for any Klaviyo writing. Your team's, an agency's, or AI tools. But if you're using Composer or K:AI, the guardrails are specifically built to direct those tools.

Copy production is a separate engagement. The voice system is designed so you, your team, or AI tools can produce on-voice copy without me.
What if I work in a language other than English?
I work in EN, ES, and reading FR. The voice system can be built in any of these. If your brand operates bilingually, I can include voice principles for both languages (typically Premium tier).
