How does remote support work?
We connect through Zoom at a scheduled time. I diagnose the issue live and work to resolve it during the session. Most problems are handled within 30–60 minutes.
What if the issue takes longer than the selected package?
If additional time is required, I will inform you before continuing. You can purchase extra time as needed. I never exceed the agreed scope of work without approval. Also, it will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Do I need to install anything before the session?
You only need a stable internet connection and access to your device. I’ll provide simple instructions before the session if needed.
Can you fix hardware problems remotely?
No. Remote sessions are for software, network, and configuration issues only. Physical hardware repairs are not included.
