Can you work on production firewalls?
Yes. I spent years operating production firewalls for a telco managed security service. Changes are planned, backed up and done in a window you approve. Access is via screen share or a temporary admin account you remove afterwards.
What if something breaks during a change?
Every change starts with a config backup and a rollback step, and is done in a maintenance window you approve in writing here on Fiverr.
Which FortiOS versions do you support?
Current and recent FortiOS 7.x releases. Please tell me your model and version before ordering. I also review Palo Alto and Check Point configs for migrations to FortiGate.
Do you also work with Palo Alto, Check Point and Cisco?
Yes. FortiGate is my main platform, and I also configure and troubleshoot Palo Alto (Panorama), Check Point and Cisco ASA. Tell me your platform and version before ordering.
Do you provide documentation?
