Need to know if a part or structure will hold? I build the finite element model, apply your loads and supports, and report stresses, displacements and safety factors in plain language.
What I can analyze: steel and aluminum parts, brackets, frames, beams and plates, reinforced concrete members (including cracking with nonlinear material models) and composite strengthening.
What you get: model description, assumptions, mesh, results images and a PDF report. Already have an ANSYS license? I can also write the APDL script so you run the model on your own machine.
Please send drawings (PDF, DWG or STEP), materials and loads. If something is missing, I ask before starting.
