Do I need my own n8n?
Yes, n8n Cloud or self-hosted. I build against your instance or deliver JSON you import.
Which apps can you connect?
Anything with an n8n node or an HTTP API: Gmail, Outlook, Sheets, Slack, HubSpot, Airtable and many more. Tell me yours before ordering.
What does human approval mean in practice?
The workflow writes drafts into a queue, for example a sheet or a Slack message with buttons. A person approves, edits or rejects.
What if the workflow fails at night?
From Standard up there is a separate error workflow that logs the failure. Premium adds alerts.
Do you maintain it afterwards?
No. You get documentation so your team can. Changes later are a new order.
Where are you based, and how is my data handled?
I work from Germany, under EU data protection law (GDPR). Your files are used only for your order and deleted after delivery. NDA on request. If data must stay in the EU, tell me before you order.
