With 8 years of experience in project management, I have enough expertise to manage your project.

I have managed international and complex projects for the most of my career. Currently, I run my personal charitable project in Jinja, Uganda. For my project, I have secured financing, team and we are building a center for children, including ensuring basic needs for 8 of them.

During my career in Mektec, Germany, I have succesfully managed several unpopular and difficult projects. I took over numerous delayed and stuck, but strategically important projects such as partial production transfer from Germany to Czech republic, creation of new quality gate depratment, or ramp down of galvanic technology. In my past 2 years, I was taking care in projects in the area of digitalization and organizational development.

To become project manager, I have completed a PRINCE 2 certificate as well as gained practical experience while working as a team member in Skoda, czech car manufacturer. Our team was in charge of planning production for the new SEAT Ateca model being produced in the Czech republic. As the car was developed in Spain, my role was to mediate between czech and spanish teams
