FAQ
What file formats do you accept?
I accept WAV, MP3, AIFF, and most common audio formats. WAV is preferred for the best quality, but I can work with whatever you have.
Do you edit multi-track or only mixed-down recordings?
Both. If you record each speaker on a separate track (e.g., via Zencastr, Riverside, or separate mics), send them individually for the cleanest result. I can also work with a single mixed-down file.
What if my episode is longer than the package limit?
No problem, just message me before ordering and I'll send a custom quote based on your episode length.
Do you remove filler words like "um" and "uh"?
Yes, this is included as part of the cleanup process across all tiers.
Can you add intro/outro music or sound effects?
Yes, on the Standard and Premium tiers, if you provide the music/SFX files. I can also advise on royalty-free options if you don't have any yet.
How do revisions work?
Each package includes a set number of revisions (see package details). Just let me know what you'd like adjusted and I'll turn it around quickly.
What's your turnaround time?
Standard delivery times are listed per package, but if you need something faster, message me before ordering to check availability for rush delivery.
Will my podcast sound over-processed or unnatural?
No. My approach is to make your audio sound clean and professional while keeping it natural. I'm not a fan of over-processed, robotic-sounding podcasts, and I tailor the mix to your show's tone.
