Do you use WordPress or a website builder ?
No. Every site is written by hand with Nextjs, React and TypeScript. That means no plugin bloat, no theme licence, no builder lock in, and a site that loads fast and scores well on Core Web Vitals. You own clean code that any developer can pick up later.
Is hosting included ?
Deployment is included, hosting is not. I set everything up on your own hosting account and hand over full access, so the site stays yours. If you need help choosing a provider, ask me and I will point you to something that fits your traffic and budget.
Do you write the content ?
No, you provide your texts, images and brand elements. It keeps the price down and the result accurate, since nobody knows your business better than you. If your content is not ready yet, tell me before ordering and we will plan around it.
Do you work on NSFW or adult industry projects ?
Yes, I build websites for adult brands and communities, with age gating, proper legal pages and compliance handled from the start. I build the platform, I do not produce the content that goes on it.
Will my site be GDPR compliant ?
Yes. Privacy policy structure, cookie consent, legal notice and terms are part of the build, and data handling is designed to stay compliant from day one. This matters if you have any European visitors, whatever country you operate from.
What happens after delivery ?
You get the code, the access and a walkthrough of how everything works. Revisions are included in every package, and I stay reachable afterwards for questions. Ongoing changes and new features can be quoted separately.
How do you handle SEO ?
Technical SEO is built in. Semantic HTML, clean heading structure, unique titles and meta descriptions, Open Graph tags, sitemap, robots file and schema markup. Server rendered with Nextjs, images optimized, Lighthouse checked before delivery. Keyword research and content not included.
