I consider audio syncing to be anything which requires me to sync my audio to something. This includes anything from dubbing a video, matching my audio to changing scenes in a video or even matching a specific tempo. You are required to purchase audio syncing if you want me to sync my audio.

No, my natural accent is general American. However, I have lived longer in the UK than in the US and have a professional RP accent or Southern Standard English accent. I am highly skilled at British (RP), Southern American and Polish. I can also do a New York Accent and a Russian accent.
