I help buyers compare Chinese manufacturers for one SKU and fixed specification, using Mandarin follow-up and English decision records.
In one ARBO procurement engagement, our team helped a buyer move from an intermediary to direct factory cooperation and reduced the selected unit cost by about 47%.
Packages target 3 or 5 suitable suppliers. You receive comparable quotes, evidence, open risks and a recommended next step. Checked facts are distinguished from supplier statements.
Each package includes one agreed sample round, basic visual/dimensional checks and photos within the stated quantities. Premium adds two negotiation rounds and one commercial terms review.
Third-party samples, courier, tooling and testing costs need advance approval. Formal audits/QC, engineering certification, legal advice and ongoing production management are outside these packages.
Revisions cover the same SKU/specification; I correct my own errors without extra fees. Ongoing work with existing suppliers can be scoped directly.

What information do you need before starting?
Send one SKU, fixed specification/version, quantity, destination, budget and decision date. Share existing quotes you may disclose. Mark undecided facts as unknown. Confirm sample check points and who approves supplier decisions and third-party costs.
Are sample coordination and checks included?
Yes: one agreed sample round, one item per selected supplier; Basic 1 supplier, Standard/Premium up to 2. Basic visual/dimensional checks and photos are included, not charged again. Physical samples, courier, tooling and third-party costs need separate advance approval.
What does supplier verification mean?
I review available business/capability evidence and ask about the agreed product. I distinguish checked facts, supplier statements and unknowns. This is screening, not a factory audit, product certification or supplier-performance guarantee.
What counts as a revision?
One consolidated set of comments on the same SKU/specification; Premium includes two rounds. My errors or missing agreed work are corrected without extra fees. A new SKU, changed specification or extra sample round needs an agreed scope change.
What if fewer suitable suppliers are found?
I explain the search and unmet requirements. We agree the next step on Fiverr: change a requirement, extend the schedule or adjust the order/refund as appropriate. I do not fill the list with unsuitable suppliers or treat missing work as delivered.
Do you guarantee savings or compliance?
No. The historical 47% figure is selected unit cost in one ARBO team engagement, not landed cost, profit, a Fiverr order or a promised result. Formal engineering, QC, legal and regulatory conclusions remain with the qualified specialists responsible.
How does delivery timing work?
We confirm scope and sample timing before ordering. If supplier or courier delays affect the work, I request an agreed extension through Fiverr before the deadline. I do not submit unfinished work as a final delivery.
Can you work with my existing suppliers?
Yes. Defined production, replenishment or approved-PO follow-up can start directly with your existing suppliers. No new sourcing order or paid diagnostic is required. We agree quantities, cadence and limits; this Gig does not include unlimited ongoing management.
How are communication and payments handled?
Keep service discussions, scope approvals, delivery and service payments on Fiverr. Necessary supplier coordination is recorded in the order. Agree third-party costs and a platform-permitted arrangement before spending; I do not advance purchase funds.
