About this Gig
I clean one non-sensitive, values-only CSV/XLSX table using agreed rules and AI-assisted tools/scripts, then check the output.
Packages (1 item = 1 data row; header excluded):
Basic $15: up to 100 rows, choose 1 action.
Standard $20: up to 1,000 rows, choose up to 2 actions.
Premium $25: up to 5,000 rows, choose up to 3 actions.
All: one file up to 5 MB and 20 columns, 2-day delivery after complete requirements, 1 revision within the original file and agreed rules.

Receive a cleaned CSV/XLSX and a short change/exception summary. IDs and leading zeros are treated as text; unclear values are flagged, not guessed.
Share only data you may provide. No personal, confidential, financial, medical, credential or identity data.
Excludes formulas, macros, merged/multiline cells, complex formatting, multiple sheets, research and manual data entry. Message me if the scope is unclear.

FAQ
What counts as an item and a cleanup action?
One item is one data row, excluding the header. Choose from trimming outer spaces, standardizing unambiguous dates, or removing exact full-row duplicates. Basic includes 1 action, Standard up to 2, and Premium up to 3, applied using agreed column rules.
Will you guess missing or unclear values?
No. Missing values, invalid or ambiguous dates, and conflicting records are retained and flagged in the exception summary. Exact duplicates are rows whose values all match after the agreed cleanup. I do not guess values or merge conflicting records.
Will leading-zero IDs stay intact?
In XLSX, agreed ID and SKU columns are stored as text. CSV does not store cell types, so import these columns as Text instead of double-clicking the file. Tell me which columns and original values must not change.
What does the revision cover?
One revision applies or corrects the original agreed rules on the original file. A replacement source file, extra rows, another action, or additional sheets changes the scope and needs agreement before work.
What files and data are excluded?
Use one values-only CSV/XLSX table. No formulas, macros, external links, protected/hidden sheets, merged or multiline cells, complex formatting, or multiple sheets. No personal, confidential, financial, medical, credential or identity data.
Are the examples from real customers?
No. The gallery is a clearly labeled synthetic demonstration. The sample has 46 source rows and 41 cleaned rows after five exact duplicates are removed. Ambiguous dates and conflicting records are retained and flagged.
