What file formats will I receive? Can I use this in VTube Studio?
You'll receive .model3.json and .moc3 files (fully compatible with VTube Studio), layered PSDs for the art, PNG/WebM for overlays and alerts, and properly sized PNGs for Twitch/Discord emotes. Everything is import-ready—no conversion
I don't have a character design yet. Can you create one from my description?

How do revisions work? What if I need changes after delivery?
Revisions are structured by stage: limited composition tweaks at the sketch phase, then 2 revisions on final art and rigging post-delivery. Major redesigns (new pose, new character) after rigging starts require a new order.
Do I get commercial rights? Can I use this for monetized streams and merchandise?
Yes. All tiers include full commercial use rights for streaming, content creation, and digital merchandise (emotes, badges). Physical merchandise rights (prints, acrylic stands) are included in Premium.
What's the best way to communicate during the order?
Fiverr inbox for async updates; I reply within 12 hours. For Standard and Premium, I offer optional Discord coordination during active work phases for faster feedback. I send milestone previews at sketch → lineart → rigging test → final delivery
