Yup, any OBS version that supports browser sources (2.x and above)
Do I need StreamElements or Streamlabs?
Nope, runs completely standalone as a local browser source
Can I customize colors/text?
Yes! Fully customizable in terms of texts, colouring, sizes, all available as a standalone menu when you press "interact".
Does it work on low-end PCs?
Absolutely yes, because local browser sources are mainly code, they are significantly lighter than video file overlays, and much more easy to handle them with pinpoint accuracy.
