  2. I analyze your answers and create your personalized 1-week workout plan based on the customization level of your chosen package.
  3. You receive a clear, structured plan with exercises, sets, reps, rest times, and execution notes.


No ongoing coaching is included. Only the Premium package allows additional Q&A support.
