About this gig

I'm Konstantinos, a third-year Aerospace Engineering student in the UK. I turn sketches or measurements into functional CAD and 3D printed parts.

I design brackets, adapters, enclosures, mounts and small assemblies around your dimensions, mating components and intended use.

Depending on your package, you receive:

- CAD with STEP and STL files

- Drawings or assembly views

- Physical parts printed on Bambu Lab P1S or A1

- Agreed photos and dimension checks

Basic is CAD only. Standard and Premium combine CAD with PLA prints within the stated weight and print-time limits. PETG, PETG-CF and larger jobs need a custom quote.

Confirm material, colour and UK postage before ordering. Revisions cover the agreed brief and happen before printing. New requirements or requested reprints after design changes need another quote. Postal transit is additional to dispatch preparation.

I'm Konstantinos, a third-year BEng Aerospace Engineering student at the University of Nottingham and Certified CATIA Mechanical Designer - Associate. At Honeybourne, our team combines CAD, FEA/CFD, electronics integration and prototyping, with ESA BEXUS, UAV and robotics project experience. We use CATIA, Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Onshape and Blender for custom parts, enclosures, CAD edits, mechanisms and product visuals. Python and MATLAB support analysis. We offer 3D printing on Bambu P1S/A1 printers, with agreed STEP/STL files, drawings, parts lists and assembly instructions.
