·        Prepare and maintain engineering drawings in AutoCAD, Such as, panel wiring/schematic diagram, Metering circuits, panel layout & bill of material & prepare for customer approval package.

·        Create and maintain Manufacturing Information (MI) based on product quality, cost, using ISO of standard modules and current manufacturing methods.

·        Interpret customer requirements, review customer SLDs and communicate with customers on engineering issues.

·        Provide pre-order engineering advice and technical support to sales, marketing, distributors and customers.

·        Develop standards to meet majority of customer requirements. Propose alternate solutions to meet customer needs.

·        Provide engineering/product support to customers during the product life cycle.

·        Prepare technical proposal and quotation as per customer specification and requirement.
