Which apps can you connect?
Most apps with a REST API, including CRMs, email marketing tools, Google Sheets, databases and booking or e-commerce platforms. Message me the two apps before ordering and I’ll check their APIs to confirm it’s possible.
Do I need to pay for another tool like Zapier or Make?
Usually not. I can build the sync in Google Apps Script or Python, running in your own account, so there’s no monthly subscription. If a paid tool suits your setup better, I’ll explain why before we start.
How do you keep my API keys and login details safe?
Keys are stored in protected settings, never in the code. Please don’t send passwords or keys in chat. I’ll walk you through adding them securely yourself once the order starts.
Will the sync create duplicate records?
No. Records are matched on a unique field such as email or ID, so existing records are updated instead of duplicated. Empty values won’t overwrite data you already have.
What happens if the sync fails?
It retries automatically on temporary errors like rate limits. If a run still fails, you get an email alert explaining what went wrong.
How often can the sync run?
Hourly, daily or on demand, depending on your apps and their API limits. We’ll pick the schedule that fits how often your data changes.
What if one of my apps doesn’t have an API?
Then a direct sync may not be possible. Some apps support exports or webhooks instead, which can work. Message me before ordering so I can check.
Do I own the code?
Yes. You get the full source code with comments and short documentation, so you or another developer can maintain it later.
What do you need from me to start?
The two apps, the fields you want synced, how often it should run, and API access added securely. A few sample records help with testing.
