Can I have more than 1 revision?
Yes, you can, you will find there is an additional small fee for extra revisions.
What is the difference between Commercial and Broadcast rights?
Commercial rights are for any business use, such as corporate websites, training videos, etc. Nonprofits do not need to purchase commercial rights. Broadcast rights are for TV, radio, internet advertising.
Are there any exclusions with regard to content you will not record?
I will not record illegal material or defamatory statements. Also I will not record violent or graphic adult material.
Will you provide a sample voice recording for me before I place an order?
Yes, I will be happy to record a small sample of your project before you place your order.
If there are changes or corrections following delivery, how do you handle that?
One revision is included with your order which includes a correction. If you require additional corrections or changes to the script following delivery, I will be happy to do this for you for a small extra fee.
If I want a specific tone or style of delivery for the voiceover, can I request this.
Yes, indeed. You can certainly ask me to produce the particular tone or style you would like for your voice over.
Can I get a rush order or expedited delivery for my voiceover project?
Yes, I can place your oder at the top of my list and record it straight away for a small extra fee.
What sort of mic and other equipment do you use for recording and editing audio?
My studio is equipped with a Rode NT1 5th Gen mic, this is matched with a Zoom AMS-24 audio interface, and I use Audacity software for recording and editing audio.
