Do you work during the day?
I work full‑time from 8am–5:30pm, so all support sessions are scheduled for evenings or weekends. This ensures focused, dedicated help.
Do you offer in‑person support?
No. All services are 100% remote. No on‑site visits, no wiring, no attic or ladder work — just secure screen‑based support.
What do I need before our session?
Have your computer powered on, connected to the internet, and ready for RustDesk installation. I’ll walk you through everything else.
What if the issue takes longer than expected?
Each package includes a set amount of time. If additional work is needed, you can purchase extra hours at the rate listed in your package.
Can you help with Mac or Linux?
My services focus on Windows systems. If you’re unsure whether I can help, feel free to message me first. Windows 10 and 11 systems only.
