Are there monthly costs after delivery?
The AI model charges small usage fees based on how many chats you get. For most small stores this is a few dollars a month. I’ll set up the account in your name so you pay the provider directly and stay in control.
Will it work with my theme or page builder?
Yes. The widget loads with a lightweight script, so it works with Elementor, Divi, any Shopify theme and custom-coded sites.
Can it check order status?
Yes, in the Premium package. It connects to your Shopify or WooCommerce store so customers can check order status with their order number and email.
What if the bot doesn’t know an answer?
It tells the customer it will connect them to a human and passes the chat to your email, WhatsApp or live chat, based on your package.
Can I update the bot’s answers later?
Yes. You can add new content yourself, or pick the monthly update extra and I’ll handle it.
Do I need to give you admin access?
For installation, a temporary admin or collaborator account is enough. You can remove it after delivery.
