I will create a playable web version of your board or card game
About this gig
Have a board or card game and wish it were playable online? I will help bring it to life using VirtualTabletop.io, a powerful platform designed specifically for web-based tabletop games - no app download needed!
Whether you're a first-time designer, a self-publisher, or prepping for Kickstarter, I will translate your physical game into a shareable, fully functional digital version you can use for playtesting, demos, or public release. VirtualTabletop is compatible with any device that has a modern browser and internet connection.
I handle:
- Uploading all cards, boards, and components
- Designing interactive player zones
- Adding automation (shuffle, deal, scoring, turns, etc.)
- Optional UI enhancements, prompts, and effects
- Scripting logic that enforces game rules and tracks progress
With every package, you get 3 substantive revisions (such as changing rules, design layout, or game components) and 5 minor revisions (such as substituting new artwork or text updates).
Let your game be playable by others across the world with no learning curve for you. You provide the rules, text, artwork and other assets and I do the rest. Contact me now to discuss how we can bring your game online.

What is VirtualTabletop.io?
It’s a free, browser-based platform that allows you to play and share games online with friends or playtesters. No downloads or installs required — just send a link and start playing. The website also has an extensive (250+) library of ready to play games. If you want, we can add yours for free.
Can I see (and play) other examples of your work?
Yes. I have created over 100 games on VirtualTabletop.io. In the games library there, look for Godaigo, No Cheese No Coin, Stardust Butterfly, Uncheckered, and Word Stax. Those games were created by people just like you. Some of my others: Dice Duel, Mahjong, Mexican Train, Patolli, and Senet.
Can I update my game later if the rules change?
Yes! I can provide editable project files or offer an update service if you'd like help making changes after delivery.
Will you teach me how to use the platform?
You probably will not need me to. Everything is intuitive and easy to use. But I will include basic instructions and can offer an add-on for a walkthrough session or a custom quickstart PDF tailored to your game.
Can you make my game private or password-protected?
To a limited extent, yes. VirtualTabletop.io is an open platform and anyone that knows the link to your room can access your game. There is a password option to deter casual intruders from editing or downloading your game, but there is no easy way to prevent a person with knowledge from doing so.
Do I retain all rights to my game?
Absolutely. This is your game — I’m just helping you digitize it. I won’t reuse or share your assets.
Can I monetize my game on VirtualTabletop.io?
No. VirtualTabletop is a free-to-use, open-source platform.
