Which file formats do you accept?
Whatever Seller Center gives you — .xlsx, .csv, or .txt. Raw is exactly what I need. Please don't rename, clean, or delete any columns before sending.
Do I need to clean or format the data first?
No. Send the export exactly as downloaded — that's my job, not yours. If anything is missing, I'll tell you within a few hours.
Which export should I download?
Seller Center → Data Center → Shop Analytics. If you also have Finance and Product/SKU exports, send those too — they let me cross-validate the numbers. Not sure? Message me a screenshot, I'll guide you.
How far back can you analyze?
Up to 12 months on the Premium package. The further back, the clearer the trend — one month alone rarely tells the full story.
Is my data confidential?
100%. I never share, publish, or reuse client data. Everything is deleted after delivery if you request it. NDA available on request.
Do you need access to my Seller Center?
Never. You export the files and send them — I don't ask for logins or account access, ever.
What if the numbers don't add up?
