The process starts with gathering details about your brand and vision. I’ll create initial concepts based on your brief. After review, I refine the chosen design through feedback rounds until it perfectly aligns with your vision.
Can I choose specific styles for my Logo and Branding Kit?
Absolutely! I welcome your input on styles, fonts, and design preferences. Feel free to share references or ideas, and I will tailor the Brand Identity to match your vision.
How many initial concepts do you provide?
I provide two to three initial concepts (based on your chosen package) tailored to your brief, giving you options to choose from before proceeding with revisions and finalization. If you need more initial concepts, you can let me know and I will create a custom package for your requirements.
Do extra concepts come with additional charges?
Yes, additional concepts beyond the initial provided concepts (based on our agreement) will incur extra charges. If you’d like more options, feel free to reach out, and I’ll provide a custom offer based on your request with more initial concepts included.
What happens if I change my mind after the initial concepts are designed?
If your request changes significantly from the original brief (such as new styles, colors, or changes in the name of the brand), additional charges may apply. I reserve the right to proceed with the initial brief unless a new agreement is made to cover the extra work.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations aren’t accepted once work begins. I take pride in having many 5-star reviews from my previous clients and put full effort into every project. Charges reflect the time and creativity invested, not just the outcome. I’m always happy to make adjustments to ensure you're satisfied.
