I will upgrade react native or expo sdk version and fix eas build errors
About this Gig
Is your React Native or Expo app stuck on an old SDK and failing to build?
Google Play now requires target API 36 and Expo SDK 55 is New Architecture only. Old apps get rejected or refuse to build. I will upgrade your app safely and hand back a clean, passing EAS build.
WHAT I DO
- Upgrade Expo SDK (50, 51, 52, 53, 54 to 55) or bare React Native version
- Migrate to the New Architecture (Fabric / TurboModules)
- Fix EAS Build, Gradle, CocoaPods and Xcode errors
- Replace removed packages (expo-av to expo-audio / expo-video, etc.)
- Update Android target SDK 36 and iOS deployment target
- Fix breaking changes in React Navigation, Reanimated, Firebase, Maps
- Test on iOS and Android and deliver a working build
WHY ME
- React Native and Expo developer since 2020, Firebase and Node.js backend
- Clean git commits so you can see every change
- Fast replies, daily progress updates, unlimited revisions until it builds
Send your repo or a zip and I will tell you exactly what needs to change within a few hours.

FAQ
Which versions do you support?
Any Expo SDK 45+ and React Native 0.60+. Bare and managed workflows both.
Will my app still work after the upgrade?
Yes. I upgrade step by step, fix every breaking change, and test on both iOS and Android before delivery.
My build works locally but fails on EAS Build. Can you fix that?
Yes, that is the most common request. Send me the EAS build log and I will find the cause and fix it.
Do I need to give you my Apple or Google developer accounts?
No. I work from your repo. For store submission I only need a temporary collaborator role, which you can remove afterwards.
Do you migrate to the New Architecture?
Yes. Expo SDK 55 and React Native 0.83 require it, so every upgrade to those versions includes the New Architecture migration.
How do you deliver the work?
Clean commits on a branch in your repo (or a zip), plus a passing EAS build link and a short changelog of everything that changed.
