You will need your 3D model (SketchUp/3ds Max/Revit) or 2D drawings (CAD/PDF), and some reference images for your desired materials and lighting mood.
Will you create the 3D model?
Yes, if you don't have a 3D model, I can model it for you from 2D drawings or sketches. Modeling costs depend on your chosen package.
Will you provide the D5 Render/Lumion Source File?
Yes, the source file is included with the Standard and Premium packages. For the Basic package, the source file can be added as an extra service.
Can you render in other styles?
My main expertise is in Modern and Minimalist designs, but I can also render in Traditional or Industrial styles according to the client's needs.
