In what languages can you provide services?
I provide services in English only.
How do I give you access to my Google Ads account?
To manage your Google Ads account from my manager account, I need the 10 digit customer ID which is shown in the top right corner when you're logged into your Google Ads account. Once I have it, I will send a request to access your account. You will be able terminate my access at any point in time.
When do you start counting the management days?
I will start counting the management days after the first day of getting proper exposure (spending all or close to all of the daily budget).
What budget do you recommend for my Campaign?
During setup, I'll work with you to find the perfect budget for your campaign. I always recommend starting with a small budget and scaling up. However, if you've got an ad budget of less than $1000/mo it might be difficult to see amazing results.
Is the Ad Spend included in the fee?
No, the Ad Spend is separate from the management fee. The Ad Spend goes to Google to place your Ads on their Search Engine.
Do I need to set up a Google Ads account before ordering?
No, I’ll be happy to guide you through the steps of setting up your account after your order. If you want to create your account without my help, just make sure you fill in the country and billing details correctly.
What will I need to provide you?
Upon ordering, you will be asked to provide your Google Ads account ID (if you already have a Google Ads account) and answer several questions related to goals, budget and demographics.
What types of Ads are included in this Gig?
This Gig includes Google Search Engine Ads. More specifically: expanded text ads.
What are your working hours?
My working hours are from 08:00-20:00 California time (GMT-7). I will always be responsive even outside of my working hours. I work every day but I do start a little later on the weekends.
How can I compare our timezones?
If you go to https://www.thetimezoneconverter.com/ and make sure your local time is correct, you can compare it to my working hours by filling in either California or Los Angeles in the other field.
