Concepts are sample designs that you are provided with to choose your design from. If you have 3 concepts you can only choose one. If you like all 3 you have to pay for all 3.
What are source files?
Source files are the important files for your designs that are required for future changes ( 100% editable files ) and are important for printing.
Which package should i choose?
Well, look at your budget then take a decision :) But standard and premium are mostly recommended.
Do i ship the stickers?
No! Currently this service is not available.
How can we begin?

What does complete package mean?
Complete package includes all the necessary options for your mailer box which includes a label sleeve for sticking onto your box + round sticker + thank you card.

This person took 14 months to get back to me with the project, yes 14 MONTHS! absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional. A little "I don't wanna make this project anymore" would have been more polite. I do not recommend this person, she is untrustworthy.

This is my first project on packaging sleeve. I provided as much info to Mac and she understands it. She provided the work on time but i realised i didnt shared the exact dimensions to her. Requested for a revision and she did it right away. I am satisfied with the revised designs and finalised it.
