About this Gig
Building a machine or a small control panel? Tell me what it needs to do and I will draw the schematics and a bill of materials your panel builder can work from.
What you get:
- Power circuits for each motor (DOL, star/delta, soft starter or VSD)
- 24 V DC control supply and E-stop circuit (Standard and up)
- PLC input and output sheets with a terminal list (Premium)
- Bill of materials in Excel, per device tag
- Clickable PDF, plus DXF (Premium)
IEC symbols, consistent device tags and wire numbering, and a clear sheet layout.
Tell me the motors (kW), sensors, push buttons and lights, and the PLC make if you have one. I will draw it to your information. Final engineering sign-off and safety assessment stay with you.

Do you design the safety system?
I draw the E-stop and safety circuit you specify. Choosing the safety category and doing the risk assessment stay with you.
Which PLC makes?
Any. I draw the I/O to the module and terminal numbers you give me (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider, etc.).
Which formats?
PDF (clickable), DXF and Excel BOM. I do not supply native EPLAN or AutoCAD Electrical project files.
Can you choose the parts?
I can suggest indicative parts in the BOM, clearly marked, for you or your supplier to confirm.
