Can you guide me in person during my trip to Japan?
No, I only provide remote services (research, phone calls, bookings, and reports). I don't offer in-person guiding or accompanying you during your trip. This way, I can focus on what I do best — handling the Japanese side remotely so you can enjoy your trip freely.
Which cities in Japan can you help with?
I can help with anywhere in Japan. I'm based in Hiroshima, so I have especially deep local knowledge of Hiroshima and the surrounding Chugoku region. For other cities like Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, I'll do thorough research and make reservations on your behalf.
What information do you need from me to get started?
After you place an order, I'll ask you for: your travel dates, which cities you're visiting, your main priorities (food, culture, shopping, etc.), and any dietary restrictions or special requirements. The more details you share, the better I can tailor my research to you.
Can you make phone calls to Japanese businesses for me?
Yes! This is one of my main strengths. Many Japanese restaurants and small businesses only accept reservations by phone in Japanese. I'll handle these calls for you and provide a clear summary of the conversation in English.
What if my plans change after the booking?
For Basic and Standard packages, I can help with reservation changes as part of the revisions included. For Premium, you'll have message support during your entire trip, so I can handle changes or last-minute bookings as needed.
Who is the reservation made under — my name or yours?
All reservations are made in YOUR name, with your contact details. I act as your assistant, not as the person responsible for the booking. You are responsible for honoring the reservation.
