About this gig
I'm a jazz player by education, but I do lots of singer/songwriter, folk, latin, flamenco, or music for theatres or tv shows. I record my bass in a professionally treated workspace with the following options: BPM condenser, DPA 4099 stage mic, RM-BIV1 ribbon, Sennheiser MD421 and Shure SM57 dynamics, Ehrlund EAP pickup, David Gage Realist pickup. My preamps: SPL Goldmike MkII, GAP Pre-73 into Apogee Rosetta 800.
