What do I need to provide to get started?
App icon, 6 screenshot of the app, 6 captions for each screenshot.
I want a longer duration over 40 seconds, it this possible?
Yes, you can get longer duration for additional fee. please contact me for this.
Can I use this in the Apple app store?
No you can't. App Preview videos cannot show an animated device or any special effects. You can upload this video to Google's Play Store though, no issues there. If you want a video you can upload on the app store please contact me for a custom offer for this option.
Can I get the promo in a different language?
Yes you can. You'll provide the captions translations.
What device will I get?
You can choose from Iphone 11/12 or Samsung S20. You can also have both device in the promo.
How much text can fit in a frame?
Please watch my demo video. Each title comes with a word limit. You can also see how many lines of text can fit on each subtext. Keep in mind that if you can't read a frame's text in 5 seconds, it's too much. If you add excessive text, then I will need to make font size smaller.
Is the music royalty free? Will it be flagged if I upload it?
The music track is 100% royalty free. There will never EVER be any claim on this music track. Your promo video will be safe no matter where you choose to upload it.
Can I use a music of my choice?
Yes you can but keep in mind that the music that will be used will sync with the flow of the animations so your music might not be in sync.
My app is developed in portrait and landscape mode, will I be able to get it in this formats?
Yes, this gig comes in both portrait and landscape mode. If you want the landscape option, please contact me.
Do I have to contact you before placing order?
Not necessarily but if you want a custom offer, you will need to contact me so we can communicate on what you want.
