I spent 4 years as a designer before moving into development. That's why I catch the color contrast, focus-state and layout failures pure QA testers walk past, and why I can ship the fixes rather than just report them.
I test properly: automated scans plus manual keyboard and screen reader testing with NVDA and VoiceOver. Every issue names the failing criterion and the exact fix.

FAQ
What counts as one template?
One unique page layout — homepage, product page, blog post, checkout. Fixing a product template fixes every product page built on it, which is why I price by template rather than page. Most small sites need four to six.
What is NOT included?
Video captioning, audio transcripts, PDF remediation, and rebuilding third-party widgets you don't control such as embedded booking tools, chat widgets and some payment iframes. I flag these and explain your options, but they're quoted separately.
Will you break my site?
No. I work on a staging copy, child theme or Git branch wherever possible and hand back a change log of every edit. I'll never push to live production without your explicit go-ahead, and I keep a rollback point.
Do I need an audit first?
It helps but isn't required. If you already have a report — from me or anyone else — send it and I'll work from it. If not, I run a scan before quoting so we both know the real scope. No surprise change requests halfway through.
Can you fix a site you didn't build?
Yes, that's most of my work. WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace, React and custom PHP or Node. Send the URL and tell me what it runs on, and I'll confirm I can work with it before you order.
Can you guarantee I won't be sued?
No one honestly can, and be wary of anyone who says otherwise. What I guarantee is that the issues in scope are fixed and verified against WCAG 2.2 AA, with documentation showing the work. That's what demonstrates good faith.
