Find differences between two small product or asset lists without comparing them row by row.
For $5 I compare two supplied CSV or XLSX files, up to 100 data rows each, using one approved unique key and up to 5 comparison columns. Each file can be up to 1 MB and contain one relevant sheet.
Your result workbook includes:
- Records matched by the agreed key
- Records missing from either list
- Changed values
- Duplicate-key exceptions and summary counts
Please message samples before ordering so we can approve the key, column map and exact-match rules. Duplicate or ambiguous keys are flagged, never guessed. Results identify discrepancies; they do not establish which source is correct.
This starter excludes fuzzy matching, accounting reconciliation and changes to source systems. Authorized, non-sensitive product or asset data only. Client files only, with no account access or live updates. Delivery: 3 days. Includes one revision on the original files and agreed comparison.

Do both files need to be in the same order?
No. Matching uses the unique key you approve, such as an SKU or asset ID. The package covers up to 100 data rows per file and 5 comparison columns.
Can you match similar names or decide which file is correct?
No. This starter uses exact agreed rules. Similar names and duplicate keys remain exceptions. The report shows differences without declaring one source correct.
Can I change the key or send a replacement dataset as a revision?
One revision covers corrections within the original two files, agreed key and comparison columns. A new dataset, new key or additional matching logic needs separate scoping.
