What information do I need to provide to get started?
I need the exact box dimensions (Length × Width × Height), your logo (preferably in a vector format such as AI or EPS), all final text for the packaging, any specific images or barcodes (UPC/EAN), and any design inspiration or brand guidelines you would like me to follow (if available).
Can you work with a specific box manufacturer's template?
Definitely. If your supplier has already provided a PDF template, please upload it. Designing on the manufacturer’s specific die-line is the safest way to ensure the fold areas are 100% accurate.
Which tools are you using?
Adobe Illustrator CC and Adobe Photoshop CC.
What is your preferred method for receiving files?
I always prefer the 'Fiverr requirements process'. It is designed to be clean and easy to understand with an organized upload and writing system, ensuring I receive all your project details accurately from the start.
What’s considered a revision?
A revision involves making small changes to the existing design, like adjusting text, tweaking colors, or repositioning elements. It doesn't include creating an entirely new concept.
How many revisions do you offer?
Thank you! It is an essential question. I offer revisions as packages. However, you are welcome to an extra offer to extend the revision.
What are editable files and print-ready files?
Editable files allow future edits; print-ready files are final files prepared for printing after approval.
Do I need to send you my physical product?
No, I don’t need the physical product. However, if you can send a few photos of the product from different angles, I would appreciate it. This helps me ensure the packaging design and the 3D mockup align perfectly with your actual product's shape and look.
What can be changed in the Starter Fix Pack?
Starter Fix Pack includes: text updates, colour adjustments, and barcode/QR code updates on your existing design. I will require the source file from you.
