How accurate is the model?
Models are built to the real-world dimensions in your scan, at the LOD you need. I'll confirm tolerance expectations before we start.
My scan is large — can you handle full buildings?
Yes. I model everything from single rooms to full commercial and industrial buildings. Larger scans affect scope and timeline, which I'll quote up front.
What do I receive at the end?
The native Revit (.rvt) as-built model, plus any 2D deliverables (plans, sections, elevations) you request.
Do you deliver the editable Revit file?
Yes, the native .rvt is always included so your team can keep working in it.
How do I send a large point cloud file?
You can share it via Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, or any link — just send it in the order chat and I'll confirm I can open it.
