Is it possible to align my voiceover with a video?

What does it mean when an audio recording is described as 'dry' or 'raw'?
A dry or raw recording is an unprocessed audio file, perfect for clients who want to handle the post-production themselves. A mastered or final recording is a polished version that has been edited, mixed, and mastered for professional quality.
Can you do a voice over in English?
Of course! Although my first native language is Greek, I can do a voice over in English with a Greek accent.
