What if my needs are different than your standard offers?
Few times our needs fall into a pre-defined category :) Just drop me a message and let's chat about it.
What if I have different audio and video files?
I can sync them, no worries.
What if I have a ton of footage?
Depending on how long you want your video to be, I might ask you to pre-select a certain amount of footage you want included. That's to make sure I don't leave out content that is important to you.
Do you offer discounts for returning clients?
Of course, loyalty is always appreciated. I offer discounts for both returning clients and referrals.
What if I don't like the result?
If it's not quite what you had in mind, you may use the revisions included in your package to ask for as many modifications as you want. You can also purchase extra revisions. My purpose is to offer you something you love.
How do I get the video?
You'll get the result through Fiverr, but that's usually a lower quality file to make the transfer faster. The best quality will be uploaded on cloud and you'll receive the link to it. You may use that link to share it with friends and download it.
