About this gig

Welcome to your new 'orchestra'!


As a DEFAULT, I shall send you both stems of ribbon AND condenser microphone recordings (of the same take) for your convenience, so you can play around with the warmth/sharpness!


Don't have 10s of 000s of dollars aside to hire an orchestra to record your track? Why not take a professional violinist to record and rerecord (on different instruments and at different angles)?


I guarantee even the most discerning ears will not tell the difference!

For longer recording times, faster delivery and/or more revisions requested - since the three 'orchestra' options vary considerably (workload-wise), I couldn't quote here something that fits all - please write me what you would like and I promise to give you a fair quote!


Please note:

I do NOT play the cello but rather use d'Addario octave strings on another violin - superb sound (no offense, cellists!). If the lower fifth of the cello range is written, it shall be DAW-complex transposed downwards.


Double bass can also transposed and recorded, in a custom offer.

Hi there! I'm a professional violinist/e-violinist and have performed with the most famous of musicians worldwide. Cool solos are my thing but enjoy background ;) With over 500 recording hours I can make use of directional recording and different violins to get that full orchestral sound if you need.
