Do you give guarantee of 100 scores?
To be honest, no. Because there's few tricky parts here which can't be optimized. Like external scripts or CSS like google tag manager, FB pixles and any other 3rd party resources are controlled by their own. So getting 100 can't be guarantee if you wanna keep them in the site.
