What I will need to provide for Project?
You will require to provide following : Company logo Accurate size/dimensions for design. All content (text/images) that you will like to incorporate in your design. Any design reference or even some bullet points on design will help.
I don't have an idea about design and printing. Could You please explain me all those things?
I'll guide You through all creative process from beginning to the end. If You have any question don't hesitate to ask!
How much time does it take to get the initial concept or draft?
We will send the first draft design within 1 to 2 days.
Do I get print-ready files for printing?
Of course, you will have a PDF/Ai/PSD ready-to-print!
How it works?
my process is simple, we will first work on your provided requirements --> Deliver your first draft --> work around your Feedback to improve the draft and once the design is finalized by you, we will send you all 300 DPI files and editable source files depend on the package, this is very easy!
I have a specific idea in mind, I just don't know how to design it. Can you still help me?
Of course - don't worry :) you can send a rough sketch, images, or just anything you may think can help.
Can I change package size after first design?
Sure you can. You can add an extra $30 and change the package size.
Can you write the copy(text) for me?
No. I am not copywriters and we cannot write or proofread copy(text). You will have to provide an exact copy(text) that you want to incorporate on your product packaging.
Do you design Logo's too?

What files will I get?
Once the design is finalized by you, here's the list of files you will get: Editable source files: Ai, High DPI PDF files, HQ PNG file, HQ Jpeg file. These are all the files you will require for pixel-perfect printing.
