Can we create a custom package?
Yes, we’re very flexible. No matter how lengthy you want your video, I’m here for you. Maybe you have voice over, script already created or you have tight deadline. I’ll be happy to create a custom package to suit your needs. Please send me a message and let’s discuss your project
In what accents do you provide the voice over?
Includes native American male voice over, but voice-overs can be done using both American & British accent; both male and female. I’ll send you a couple of artists from which to select. With an extra fee, doing voice and texts sync in several languages is no problem at all. Please send me a message
Will you write the script, or should I?
Each package includes script writing service or edit your draft script. but if you have final script, please provide me the final script.so we can make the video for it. If you do not receive any discount we can reduce script writing cost too.
What is your revision policy?
Clients have 4 rounds of unlimited revisions. This ensures expected quality. First delivery will be made as we agreed on the order. but each round of revisions will take extra 1-4 days based on the complexity. Note: any script changes after you order added extra cost based on the level of re-work
I need my video faster; can you help me?
Before you order please Send me a message and let me know how quickly you need it. I’ll communicate to you on if I’m available to get on it.
After the order is completed, can I request any modification in the future?
Yes. I keep editable files up to 4 weeks after the order is complete. So, you can request modification within 4 weeks after the order is completed at an extra fee.
