What do you need from me to get started?
I need a brief overview of your project or product, your team size and roles, the tools you currently use (or want to use), and your timeline or deadline. If you have existing documentation like a product brief or feature list, share that too. I will review everything and confirm the scope.
Do you work directly in our Jira or ClickUp account?
Yes. If you have an existing Jira or ClickUp workspace, I can work directly inside it. If you do not have one set up yet, I will create and configure it for you as part of the project. I am also comfortable with Trello, Asana, Notion, and Linear if your team uses those instead.
Can you coordinate both developers and QA testers?
Yes. I have a background in both project management and QA, which means I understand how to coordinate the handoff between development and testing effectively. I can define acceptance criteria, manage the bug fix cycle, and ensure your release process is structured so nothing slips through.

Do you offer ongoing coordination beyond the initial package?
Yes. If you need coordination across multiple sprints or an ongoing engagement, message me and I will create a custom offer. Many clients start with the Standard package for a single sprint and then continue with a recurring arrangement once they see the results.
