Do I need to provide anything before you start?
Just a general idea of what you want! The more you can share — your brand colors, logo, examples of sites you like, and the content you want included — the better. Don't worry if you don't have it all figured out. That's what the planning phase is for.
Will my website work on phones and tablets?
Absolutely. Every site I build is fully mobile-responsive by default. I test across multiple screen sizes before delivery so it looks sharp everywhere.
I'm not technical at all. Will I be able to manage the site after you're done?
Yes — that's something I keep in mind throughout the build. I write clean, organized code and can walk you through how to make basic updates. I also offer a 1-month support add-on if you want a safety net after launch.
What do you need from me to get started?
Once you place your order, I'll send a short brief asking for your content (text, images, logo), any reference sites you like, and your preferred color scheme. The more detail you give me upfront, the faster and smoother the process goes.
Can you redesign my existing website instead of building from scratch?
Yes! Redesigns are welcome. Just share your current site link when you reach out and I'll let you know which package fits best.
What if I need more pages than what's included in my package?
No problem — you can add extra pages as a gig extra at checkout, or message me before ordering and we can figure out the right package for your needs.
Do you handle hosting and domain setup?
I can set up hosting as an add-on service. For domains, I'll guide you through purchasing one if you don't already have it — it's easier than it sounds and usually costs under $15/year.
What happens if I'm not happy with the design?
Every package includes revisions for exactly this reason. I want you to love the final result. Just give me clear feedback and I'll make adjustments until it's right. If you want unlimited peace of mind, the Premium package includes unlimited revisions.
